Mr. Ravindra N. Shrikande,
Mr. Ravindra N. Shrikhande, M.S. (Structural Engineering) from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy N.Y. (USA) is the Chairman of the Company.
He is Civil-Structural Engineer with more than 40 years of rich and vast experience in the designs of many a varied and interesting structures varying from residential complexes to light/heavy industrial structures, bridges and jetties, special structures like chimneys, shell / folded plate roofs. Worked on the Bridge rehabilitation work as Team leader in New York for new York State Department of Transportation and successfully completed a course on Bridge Inspection and Load Ratings conducted by N.Y.D.O.T.
Mr. Rajeev N. Shrikhande is a Management Professional who joined the Company in 1986.
He was responsible for many successful projects of the Company as Project Head like Chief Consultant, Executive Director & Jt. Managing Director. He led the Company into providing different services like Project and Contract Management, Technical Audit and in different areas like Transportation, Irrigation etc.
He has led the company to achieve ISO 9001:2015 certification for design, tendering and contract management services. Under his leadership, the company has formed associations with many world renowned Multinational Consultancy Companies to execute many big infrastructural projects.

Dr. Sandip Jadhav
Currently serving as the President of MITCON’s Environment Management and Engineering Division, he holds a Master of Science degree and a Ph.D. in Life Sciences. With over 22 years of experience in the fields of environment, conservation, and pollution ecology, he has developed significant expertise and contributed extensively to research and applied practices in these domains. His research background includes work on a Department of Atomic Energy-Board of Research in Nuclear Sciences (DAE-BRNS) project in collaboration with the University of Pune and Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC). Additionally, he has worked with the Science and Technology Park, an initiative promoted by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India. He is accredited as an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) professional by the Quality Council of India-NABET and is recognized by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEF&CC) as a Government Analyst for environmental testing. As an accredited EIA professional, he plays a pivotal role in securing prior environmental, forest, wildlife, and CRZ clearances for diverse projects, including townships, building construction, ports, harbors, roads, highways, metro rail systems, and various industrial sectors. He has served as an expert member appointed by the High Court of Bombay and is also an industry representative member on the Board of Studies at Savitribai Phule Pune University.
Mr. Anand Chalwade is a Chemical Engineer (Indian Institute of Chemical Technology formerly UDCT, Mumbai, 1994). He has 24 years of corporate experience across industries with leading Indian conglomerates. He has worked in many big Industries such as Reliance Industries Limited (Fibre Intermediates), Raymond Limited (Textile), Essel Group (Satellite & Cable Television), Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Limited. He also worked in Essel Group as an Executive Vice President where he was having an exposure for creating infrastructure vertical at Essel Group as CFO of Essel Infra projects limited.

After holding a variety of roles in the SCL operations for over 28 years, most recently Vice President of SCL became Director (Operations & Systems) in December 2021.
A successful tenure with SCL in managing back office operations by implementing a system-based approach across all departments within the organization.
Mrs. Vasudha Dangare has a vast experience of around 28 years in the contracts, claims, and change management department, where she has worked with the government, cooperate, and non-profit entities on key strategic, operational, and organizational issues across the range of sectors including financial services technical audit. Our board also benefits from her vast experience in various fields such as Dispute management, Tendering, cost control, and optimization.
Mr. Hitesh N. Sardesai is a M.Tech in Transportation Engineering. Over 30 years of exposure to deal with complex nature of engineering projects and company’s business development activities. As a Director with vast experience in crafting customized operational plans to align with company expansion goals and objectives. Exemplary knowledge of domestic markets and cross border joint venture negotiations bringing much needed growth into the organization. An impressive communicator with honed interpersonal, team building, negotiation, presentation, convincing, analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work in multi-cultural environment.
A far-sighted management Director with excellent business development skills and solid experience in driving the activities of projects. Excellent grasp of the Company’s strategic alliances to initiate significant business relationships. Fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi. Resourceful in service as key player for developing Project Management Services, business development, implementation of operational policies, developing third partner network and resolving client’s need satisfactorily.
